I Embody Love

I Embody Love explores love as an embodied practice—learning to inhabit compassion, acceptance, and presence within ourselves. Rather than treating love as an abstract ideal, the series considers it as something felt in the body and expressed through how we move through the world. What begins within the individual can extend beyond the self. As we learn to hold ourselves with greater compassion, that love can become relational, communal, and inclusive. The paintings explore this expansion from the intimate to the collective—how something internal can take form, occupy space, and become something visible and shared.
